Explanation of the used terminology:

Maximum dimension (300 dpi): Dpi means ´dots per inch´. The higher the dpi-value, the sharper the image will be. 300 Dpi is very sharp and is suitable for off-set like glossy magazines. 150 Dpi is suitable for prints.

The maximum dimension of 300 dpi is twice the size for 150 dpi. If the maximum dimension at 300 dpi is 80 cm x 80 cm, then the maximum dimension at 150 dpi will be 160 cm x160 cm.

A3-size: A3 is 42 x 29,7 cm (or twice the size of an A4)

Resolution: It is the area that is covered by 1 pixel. For example: if the resolution is 50 meters, then 1 pixel on the image will represent an area of 50 m x 50 m. A resolution of 1 meter covers an area of 1 m x 1 m.

How smaller the resolution, the more detailed and image will be.
